Loading Crew will have their carry-on items checked by chaperones. At this time, Loading Crew can take their luggage to the bus and choose their seats. Then, find Paul Alcantar, head of the Loading Crew, in the foyer for directions on how to load the buses with equipment and luggage.
Mixed Chorus, A Cappella and String Ensemble students will report to the Chorus Room. You will be called by your chaperone to go to your final check in.

Buses depart for Hershey, PA. Food/beverages on the bus must be factory sealed. Items brought from home or purchased/opened on the way to MHS must be finished or thrown away before you get on the bus. Please remember to use the bathroom before getting on the bus.
There will be one 45 minute stop for lunch and bathrooms at the Palisades Mall. Students will receive $20 to purchase food. Students must remain in the food court, and are not allowed to go through the rest of the mall.
Due to the unpredictability of available food and preparation assurances, we suggest folks with severe allergies or dietary needs bring a lunch with them on the bus. Please speak to your chaperone for more information.

Priority for Check-In and Room Assignment is Chorus and A Cappella students, due to the quick turnaround times for their performances. Please show patience as Chaperones are given information about Room Numbers, Changing and Staging Areas.

Mixed Chorus and A Cappella will all load onto Bus 1. We will not be returning to the hotel until after all of the groups have performed. Expected drive time 5 - 10 minutes. Please wait on the bus patiently until Mr. Whelden is ready to unload.
String Ensemble and Concert Band will load onto Bus 2. Jazz Ensemble and Wind Ensemble will load onto Bus 3. We will not be returning to the hotel until after all of the groups have performed. Expected drive time 10 - 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Loading Crew will exit the bus first. Please stay seated and patient until you are directed to get off the bus by your director.
Details of food delivery and distribution are forthcoming. Dinner tonight is the Panera order you requested in advance of the trip. Please wait to be called for dinner.
Loading Crew will put crates and equipment back on the bus. Students and Chaperones will return to the hotel on the buses you took to the Festival Performance site.
If you plan to attend church on Saturday evening, please notify your chaperone at Room Checks. Students attending Church will need to leave Hershey Park at 4:30pm and will not be admitted back into the park after services.
Students must be in their own rooms for the evening by 11:00 PM (Time may be adjusted at the discretion of the Trip Coordinator). Chaperones will come door to door to ensure that students are in the appropriate room. Students are not allowed to leave their rooms after Room Checks, except in the case of an emergency. Please contact your chaperone if you need assistance.
