See your chaperone and follow check in procedure. Parents/Guardians or designated adult must accompany student at check-in. If you have a conflict & cannot arrive at your assigned time, please advise your chaperone & set up a different mutually agreed reporting time between the hours of 5 pm to 8:00 pm. All students MUST check in luggage, instruments & performance attire on Thursday evening.
