All students must be wearing the MHS Music Trip T-Shirt today. You must keep this shirt on all day. Students will return to their original bus assignments from the beginning of the trip. We will be in the park the whole day, so please plan accordingly: bring sunscreen, sunglasses, an empty water bottle that you can refill, wear comfortable shoes, etc. Please note that cash is not accepted at Hershey Park - they will accept debit and credit cards, as well as Hersheypark gift cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. There are also cash to card machines around the park if you need to convert cash to a card. Drive to Hersheypark is approximately 15-20 minutes.

We will meet outside of Hersheypark Arena and walk in together. Music in the Parks personnel will show us to our seats - we must all be seated together. Please follow the directions of chaperones and festival personnel and remember to show courtesy and respect through the awards ceremony.

Students who signed up to attend Church will meet at a designated area TBD by 4:30PM. Do not be late. The church service begins at 5:00PM. Expected drive time is 15-20 minutes.
We will meet at a designated spot, TBD, and proceed to the buses in your chaperone groups. Please do NOT leave Hersheypark without your chaperone, as they will be waiting inside for you, and you will not be able to get back into the park once you have exited. Please load onto the bus that you arrived on. Expected drive time is 15-20 minutes.

Students who don’t want to go to the pool are welcome to hang in the lobby or in their rooms. If you have guests in your hotel room, the doors must be propped open. Chaperones will be stationed on each floor.
Pool Rules: Chaperone must give you permission & minimum of two Marlborough adults must be in the pool area. No diving, Pushing anyone in the pool, no running, horseplay or rowdiness, no screaming – your pool privilege will be revoked Pool closes at 10:00 pm
Students must be in their own rooms for the evening by 10:30 PM (Time may be adjusted at the discretion of the Trip Coordinator). Chaperones will come door to door to ensure that students are in the appropriate room. Students are not allowed to leave their rooms after Room Checks, except in the case of an emergency. Please contact your chaperone if you need assistance.
Chaperones will distribute breakfast bags at 6:00am. Please eat in your rooms and dress in clothes for the Broadway show. Finish packing your bags and check your rooms for items. Don’t forget to look under beds, check wall outlets and the bathroom for forgotten items. Please remember to be quiet, as it is very early and there are other guests staying at the hotel.
Chaperones will check your rooms. Put your bags and instruments near the door and stay in your rooms until your Chaperone comes to you. Follow your Chaperone’s instructions. Do not go down to the lobby on your own.
Walk quietly with your Chaperone down to the hotel lobby and follow the directions of the Loading Crew. Please remember to use the bathroom before you get on the bus. Expected drive time is 3 - 3.5 hours.
You will order from a menu of these selected items. If you have a food allergy or special request, please communicate that to your server. There will be one 45 minute stop for lunch and bathrooms. Students will receive $20 to purchase food. Due to the unpredictability of available food and preparation assurances, we suggest folks with severe allergies or dietary needs bring a lunch with them on the bus. Please speak to your chaperone for more information.
There is a two hour window for arrival. When the buses are 45 minutes away, we will notify you. At this time, please call your parent/guardian and tell them to be at MHS at the communicated time for pickup. Remember, your teachers are also tired and have to go to work the next morning - tell your parents/guardians not to be late!
